What slides do they have at the Splash Out Langkawi waterpark?

Here are a few examples of the amazing slides that you can try at the Splash Out Langkawi Waterpark. This is just a sample of a few of our favourites…

Ragin’ Racers

This slide is a lot of fun and will leave you wanting to go again and again. The start of the Ragin’ Racers is located at the top of Tower 2. Before you climb up the tower you need to pick up a blue mat from the bottom of this slide. If you go to the start of the slide without a mat you will not be allowed to go. Ragin’ Racers is made up of four lanes. The idea is to ride head first holding onto a matt. Up to four people can slide down separate lanes at the same time and race. The Ragin’ Racer finishes with a big splash in a long flat section of slightly deeper water. The minimum weight for this slide is 40kg.

Poseidon’s revenge

This is genuinely a very unique and remarkable waterslide. Located at the top of the top of Tower 2, you need to ride this slide using an inflatable ring. You need to make sure you grab your inflatable ring at the bottom before you climb up the tower. Two people can share a double ring. Poseidon’s revenge is full of surprises. This unique slide starts with a steep downward drop giving you enough speed to shoot back up to the start of a tunnel.

You then speed down through the tunnel until you reach an up hill section of the water slide. The inflatable ring is then caught in a powerful jet of water which propels it up a steep section of the slide to a second tunnel. The rest of the journey is all downhill through the tunnel. Colourful light rings are used to create a mysterious and magical effect.

The Perfect storm

The Perfect Storm is one of the most exhilarating and thrilling water slides at the Splash out Langkawi waterpark. Children must be at least 120 cm tall to ride this slide.

The Perfect Storm is located out of the top of Tower 1. The Perfect Storm is a large inflatable tube slide. The start of the slide is through a dark tunnel where you pick up speed until you suddenly hit a very steep and exhilarating drop. This drops you into a large blue half pipe. The ring goes flying from side to side in the blue half-pipe until it eventually drop into another dark tube that leads down to the splash pool at the bottom of the slide.

A minimum of 3 people are required to share a ring for this slide. This can make it a little bit tricky depending on your group size. We recommend asking around at the top of the slide to see if people are willing to share with you. You do not need to carry any rings to the top of this slide. There is an automatic ring lift for this slide.

The ring then slides down a final steep slope into the splash pool at the bottom of the slide. The Shipwreck Falls gives you a great adrenaline rush and leave you buzzing for another go. Just like the Perfect Storm, a minimum of 3 people are required to share a ring for this slide.

If you are struggling for numbers, ask around at the top of the slide to see if people are willing to share with you. You do not need to carry any rings to the top of this slide. The minimum height for this slide is 120cm.
