Red Pearl is a beautiful, newly renovated resort located on the north coast of Koh Phangan between Chaloklum and Haad Khom. This is our top pick Koh Phangan resort for excellent value for money. Red Pearl Resort is a small resort with a restaurant and bar, swimming pool, private beach and a set of private bungalows. The Bungalows are spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
Each bungalow is fitted with an air conditioning unit and the bathrooms have the advantage of showers with digital temperature controls. This is a very beautiful area of Koh Phangan. The Red Pearl Resort has a lovely quiet feel, situated amongst the jungle hills. The staff at Red Pearl are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The main downside of the Red Pearl Resort is its remote location. We recommend having your own method of transport if you stay here. The hill route is steep, but still accessible by motorbike. This is a great spot to access Chalklum, Haad Khom beach and Bottle Beach (which can be accessed by trekking or taxi boat from Haad Khom).
