The Westin Siray Resort is one of the best Phuket hotels with private pools if you’re after a great seaview for a good price. The Westin Siray Resort is located on a hill by a stunning section of coastline in Phuket. There are a range of fitness facilities and 3 infinity pools. We particularly love the stunning ocean views at this hotel – very impressive for a hotel at the lower end of the range for private pools.
Rooms have a clean minimalist style and the beds are super comfortable. This place is great for families too. They include a kids’ club, some free watersports and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The serve a wide range of Asian and Western cuisine to an excellent standard. The Westin also boasts an impressively wide range of rooms – there really is something for everyone here. Be aware that many of the cheaper options only allow access to the shared hotel pools.

The Andaman Private Pool Villa is spacious, airy and has excellent natural lighting. It also features a beautiful bathtub and tasteful Asian contemporary design. The private pool allows a great view of the lush green tropical surroundings and is pretty big for the price.
There is also a poolside terrace for some rest and relaxation in your own private haven. The Mandarava resort boasts 5 swimming pools and 5 pool side bars, fitness facilities and an indulgent spa offering a range of therapy and beauty treatments. Oh yeah, and the food is excellent too. What is there to do near the Madarava Resort & Spa? Karon bay is around 1km from the hotel. It is also a short drive from Patong with its great nightlife and the Jungceylon shopping centre. To the south you can reach Kata bay – a great spot for surfing and watersports.

Island Escape is the right name for this resort. Located on Coconut Island to the east of Phuket – the Island Escape by Burasari offers secluded luxurious villas in paradise with private pools. In addition to private pools, the resort also boasts its own beautiful private beach area. We love the contemporary Scandinavian design of the villas, the large luxurious bathtubs and the excellent natural lighting afforded by large windows.
The Burasari Resort has everything that you would expect and hope for in a 5 star luxurious resort. They have a kids’ club, playground, free wifi, a 24-hour front desk and room service. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well equipped. The restaurants at Burasari offer an à la carte menu including an American breakfast. This is a super stylish trendy resort with amazing facilities to promote health and well being. The food in the Chalong area. The spacious suites have a clean, contemporary, minimalist style. The pool room is perched nicely on the roof affording a nice view over the resort. The facilities are amazing at the Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort. We were particularly impressed with the large fully equipped gym – comparable to any excellent gym offering a range of classes and activities.
The rooms have all of the amenities that you would hope for in an excellent 5 start hotel: air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with slippers and a hairdryer. The breakfast at Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort is excellent. The restaurant also has an impressive menu of fresh, healthy gourmet dishes serving a fusion of western and asian cuisine.

You can visit the Big Buddha, Rawai Bay, Promthep Cape, Kata bay, Wat Chalong, Karon viewpoint and Black Rock view point. It is also not too far from Phuket town and the beautiful old town.

Located just 175 m from Surin Beach, paddling, swimming and sunbathing are a short stroll from your door. When you choose a Penthouse suite you are selecting the best accommodation a hotel has to offer. We don’t think you will be disappointed here. The Penthouse suite at the Twin Palms has a stylish Asian eclectic interior design with a private rooftop infinity pool.
The Penthouse suite at Twinpalms Phuket features two cable TVs and a home entertainment system. We also love the oval style bathtub. The Twinpalms Oriental Spoon Grill & Bar features both indoor and outdoor dining areas. It serves asian and western cuisine. The facilities at Twinpalms include a fitness centre, library and a tour desk. The luxurious Sun Spa offers a range of relaxing treatments. We have recommended the Penthouse as the best choice of suites here. By the way, the Duplex suite also has a private pool. However it has space and less natural light. The Duplex suite does not offer any views. The Penthouse is only a little more expensive and we think the small difference in price is worth it.

The suites at the Anara Layan resort are fully equipped with all of the facilities and amenities that you would hope for in a high end 5 star resort. We picked the Salla Villa with Private pool as we think that it offers the most for the price. The cheaper suites lack the secluded natural feel. Negatives: It’s hard to find negatives with such a magnificent property. We would mention two things. Being such a unique and epic property the price tag is high. You definitely need to see this as an experience as well as a place to stay. The location is perfect in the sense that you are immersed in the jungle canopy. However if you want to roll out of bed onto a beach, this is probably not the best choice for you.
What is there to do near the Keemala Canopy Villas? Kamala beach is a few kilometers away. The next beach south is Patong – great spot for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Keemala is also not too far from the awesome Blue Tree leisure complex and waterpark.
